NF ACADEMY COACH – RICARDO DAMAS
Ricardo Damas has a background as a trainer for younger academy teams and scouts in Portuguese top clubs. Among other places, Damas has been in clubs like Sporting CP and SP Braga.
During Ibercup Cascais 2018, he led the 2006 team of NF Academy. As head coach in the NF Academy selections program, he focuses on developing young players.
“Our main goal is to develop players individually, improve the understanding of the game, but at the same time identify the weaknesses they must work with to become better players” says Head Coach Ricardo Damas.
